Krafton says BGMI login error now fixed, and ask to players login again
Krafton has officially informed that they have found and fixed the problem.
In the Battle Ground Mobile India game, some players were having problems logging in earlier. This problem is not coming with all players. Rather, this problem is coming only in the accounts of some small group of players.
On which they have complained about this incident in the social media account of Battleground Mobile India.
Along with this, people have also shared screen shots of this on the Facebook page about the complaint of these errors.
On which previously, krafton developers have also confirmed in their blog post that they are seeing that this problem is coming up in the accounts of some players from 9:00 pm on 29th dec.
"On which previously, Battle Ground PUBG has tweeted in response to this. We are constantly trying to find out why this problem is occurring in some player's account. We will try our best to solve this problem as soon as possible. But this is taking a while. We apologize that you are facing this problem."
krafton has now confirmed that they have found and fixed the problem. But they did not explain why this problem was occurred. Yes, it is not a problem with the server, because this problem was held in the account of only few players.
Not only in Battleground Mobile India, also Players of the popular game Fortnite were also faced problems of loggin error issue. due to which, according to a report, more than 7000 complaints were had by Fortnite players in social media accounts. In BGI, this case is being seen with only in small groups of players, but in Fortnite this number was very high. The problem has now been solved by Fortnite, they has confirmed this in their social media account.
