What should be done if your phone hangs a lot?
- Make sure there is always free space on the phone. Do not store excessive data. Problems such as slowing down and hanging up the phone can occur if the data gets too close to the storage capacity. Go to settings and check if there is free space in the storage settings. When the internal storage is full, click on Settings- Storage-Cache to free up some space.

Then click on Settings-Developer Options-Windows-Animation Scale-Animations off and the animation will turn off.
- The memory in the background will be clean when the phone is restarted. Also the applications on the phone will be reset. The Restart option appears when the phone's power button is pressed. Clicking on it will restart the phone.
- If you want to consume more battery due to social media apps, install light version apps.
- Those who use Android OS should update their phone from time to time. New software is installed and the system runs faster.
- Factory reset of the Android smartphone we use will show a lot of changes in the performance of the phone. All unnecessary data on the phone is lost. Malicious files containing malware, bugs and viruses on the phone storage or SD card will be deleted.
- Custom ROM is another option to improve the performance of your phone. Instead of the Android based OS currently available on your phone, you can modify the OS to your liking and install it on your phone. However this custom ROM is against the terms of your phone manufacturer. This will void the warranty and warranty on your phone. It is mostly used by Android app developers and Android OS testers. You must back up all data on your phone before installing this custom ROM.
